At Greywall & Co., every product is crafted and selected with intention. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and are pleased to offer the following return policy in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition

All original packaging, components, manuals, and protective materials must be included

Products that have been installed, altered, or used in any manner are final sale and are not eligible for return
Greywall & Co. reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.
Return Authorization & Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within ninety (90) days of confirmed delivery

Returns submitted outside this window will not be approved

All returns require prior authorization before shipment
Restocking Fees

Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns
Approved returns made for reasons including, but not limited to, preference changes, ordering errors, or no longer required items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total. -
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, all restocking fees are fully waived.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition:

Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery

Provide clear photographic documentation of:

The original packaging

The visible damage or defect

Upon review and approval, Greywall & Co. will coordinate a replacement or return solution at no restocking cost.

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or defect

Original shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for items until they are received and inspected by Greywall & Co.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
